Data Deletion Instructions
You can request the deletion of your personal data from OMB Cloud AES at any time, including data obtained through the Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google APIs — such as messages, comments, profile information and access tokens.
1. Request deletion by email
Send an email to privacy@omb.cloud with the subject line “Meta data deletion” (or “Data deletion” for other data), and include:
- The Facebook Page and/or Instagram account involved (e.g.
@yourbrand). - Your name and, if possible, the message thread or content you want removed.

2. Revoke the app’s access (self-service)
You can also disconnect OMB Cloud AES directly from your account at any time:
- Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations → select OMB Cloud → Remove.
- Instagram: Settings → Apps and websites → remove OMB Cloud.
Revoking access stops any further data processing. To also erase data already stored, send the email above.
3. What we delete
- Messages and comments ingested from your Facebook Page / Instagram account.
- Conversation records, contact/lead records derived from those interactions.
- Access tokens and account linkage for the affected Page / Instagram account.
We may retain a minimal record where required by law (e.g. fiscal or audit obligations), in de-identified form where possible.
4. Timeline & confirmation
We process deletion requests within 30 days and confirm completion by email. If your request affects data we process on behalf of a business customer (data controller), we coordinate the deletion with them.
