These terms govern your participation in the OMB Cloud AES Referral Program (the "Program"). By activating it from your dashboard, you confirm you understand and accept them. Any updates are notified at least 15 days in advance through the dashboard and by email.
Quick summary. You share your code. Your invitee gets 1 month free when they pay their first invoice. You earn 10% of their monthly payment for 6 months, automatically credited to your next invoice.
1. Who can participate
Any active OMB Cloud AES tenant with payments up to date.
Of legal age or legal representative of the tenant.
Has accepted these terms from the /app/referrals dashboard.
2. How rewards work
2.1 For your invitee (referred)
Receives 1 month free when they pay their first invoice. The discount applies automatically when they use your code at signup.
2.2 For you (referrer)
You earn 10% of the monthly payment from each referral for 6 months, counted from their first payment. The reward accumulates as credit on your next invoice.
The credit applies automatically — no manual payments, no waiting, no cash refunds unless you request a cashout (only available for Affiliate and Partner tiers once enabled).
If your monthly invoice is smaller than the accumulated credit, the remainder rolls over to the next.
If the referral cancels during those 6 months, the reward stops at their cancellation. What was already credited stays.
3. Program tiers
Refer (default). Any tenant. 10% recurring for 6 months.
Affiliate. Apply from the dashboard. 20% recurring for 12 months. Subject to auto-approval if you bring 5+ clients per year.
Partner. Curated by OMB Cloud for agencies and consultants with a portfolio. 30% recurring with no cap, white-label available. Case-by-case approval, signed contract required.
4. Expected conduct and prohibitions
To keep the program healthy, the following practices end your participation immediately and reverse any pending credit:
Self-referral. Signing up accounts owned by you, your employees, or under your control to extract rewards.
Spam or impersonation. Sharing your code via mass unsolicited messages, on forums that prohibit referrals, or impersonating OMB Cloud.
Clickbait or deception. Promising fake benefits to invitees, hiding that it's a referral code, or running paid advertising that violates Google or Meta policies.
Data manipulation. Creating accounts that don't represent real businesses with intent to generate payments.
5. OMB Cloud AES rights
Audit any conversion and request reasonable evidence of the relationship with the referral.
Suspend or reverse rewards in case of detected fraud.
Modify percentages, durations, or tiers with 15 days advance notice.
Terminate the program at any time, honoring credits already credited prior to termination.
6. Personal data and privacy
Processing of the referral's data follows our Privacy Policy. As a referrer, you commit to share the code only with people who would reasonably expect to receive information about OMB Cloud (implicit consent in a professional context).
7. Tax aspects
Rewards in credit do not constitute cash payments and do not require an invoice from the referrer. If we enable cashout in MXN for Affiliate or Partner tiers in the future, the applicable tax terms will be communicated before the first transfer.
8. Limitation of liability
OMB Cloud AES is not responsible for the commercial relationship between the referrer and the referral. The referrer does not act as agent, representative, or employee of OMB Cloud AES. Any commitment beyond the scope of these terms is the referrer's personal responsibility.
9. Dispute resolution
Any disagreement is first resolved through direct contact at partners@omb.cloud. If not resolved within 30 days, the parties shall submit to mediation. Jurisdiction: courts of Mexico City, Mexico, except for mandatory local legislation that applies to the referrer.
