Documents that are attached to something that matters
A loose "Documents" folder doesn't help. OMB Cloud Drive links every document to the customer, deal, project or contract it belongs to. Open a customer record; their documents are right there.
What it does
- Upload directly, or sync from Google Drive / OneDrive.
- Tag documents (proposal, contract, design, brand asset, recording).
- Permission per document — internal only, customer-visible, public.
- "Agent-visible" flag — AI agents read the document for context when answering.
- Version history.
- Preview in the platform — no download needed for common formats.
