Outside business hours, the AI doesn't ping live. It offers to book a slot on the team's next available window. The visitor leaves with a confirmed meeting, not a "we'll get back to you".

Routing by context

The agent knows the page the visitor is on. Visit /enterprise and the conversation opens with enterprise framing; visit /pricing and the agent steers toward "talk to sales" instead of generic discovery.
