The AI Agent workforce now supports per-tenant locale selection. Each agent (Valentina, Sofía, Romina and the rest of the workforce) is available in English, Spanish, Portuguese and French. Voice agents use locale-matched TTS voices and STT models. Conversations are stored with detected locale for downstream analytics.
