The CRM lead-scoring engine now uses model-weighted signals trained on each tenant's historical win/loss data.

Lead scoring v2 replaces the static point matrix with a tenant-specific model that learns from your closed/lost history. Demographic fit (industry, headcount, ICP match) and behavioral signals (page visits, email engagement, content downloads) get auto-weighted. Score decay reflects engagement recency.
