OMB Cloud AES

Create your first booking page

A public URL prospects can use to book time on your calendar without back-and-forth.

Booking pages eliminate the "what about Thursday at 2 — actually 3 — wait, my Tuesday opened up" email loop.

Steps

  1. Go to /app/calendar → "Booking pages" → "New booking page".
  2. Name it (e.g. "Discovery call — 30 min"). The slug autocompletes from the name.
  3. Set the duration (15/30/45/60 min are presets; custom is allowed).
  4. Set working hours: which days, which time ranges. Buffer time before/after each meeting.
  5. Define the questions a prospect fills before confirming (name, email, company, "what would you like to discuss").
  6. Pick which calendar receives the event.
  7. Click "Publish". Your booking URL is live at omb.cloud/book/your-slug.

Embed on your website

From the booking page settings, copy the embed code and paste it on your site. The widget shows your real-time availability.

Multi-person bookings

For meetings that require multiple team members, configure round-robin (rotates assignment across reps) or pooled availability (finds the next time all required people are free).

Tips

  • Always require the contact email — without it, you can't deduplicate or follow up.
  • Limit booking depth (e.g. only show next 14 days) to keep your calendar from filling up months in advance.
