Catalog is your single source of truth for what you sell. Every quote and invoice line item pulls from here — change a price once, every future document reflects it.
Core fields per item
- SKU, name, description
- Unit price, currency, default tax rate
- Category (services, software, hardware, etc.)
- Recurring or one-time
Add your first item
- Go to
/app/catalog→ "New item". - Fill the fields. SKU is auto-generated if you leave it blank.
- Save. The item is now available in Quote and Invoice line-item pickers.
Tips
- Use clear, customer-facing names. "Brand audit, 4-week sprint" beats "BA-4W-2026".
- Categorize aggressively — categories drive analytics and search.
