Email — the workhorse

Default channel through stage 1-2. Uses the SMTP rotation pool to protect domain reputation. Each send tracks opens via internal pixel — no third-party trackers.

Voice — the unlock

Voice calls dropped to AI at stage 3 (22+ days). A short, polite human-sounding call lifts response rate ~3x over email-only at this stage. Calls log to the timeline with transcript and outcome.

WhatsApp — the regional layer

For MX, BR, ES, and increasingly the rest of LATAM. Toggle "WhatsApp on stage 2+" in Collections settings. Uses your approved templates.

Cadence guardrails

Hard cap of one outreach per channel per 48h regardless of stage. Customer-set quiet hours respected. Sundays default off.
