The Email Hub is OMB Cloud's unified inbox: every email a team member sends or receives lives in one place, linked to the contact, lead, invoice or contract it refers to.
Connect your first account
- Go to
/app/email. - Click "Connect account" and choose Gmail, Outlook 365 or generic IMAP/SMTP.
- Complete OAuth (Gmail/Outlook) or enter SMTP credentials.
- Decide which folders to sync. Inbox and Sent are recommended; archive folders are optional.
The unified view
Once connected, the Email Hub aggregates messages across all team accounts. Filter by account, by contact, by lead or by date. Search hits subject, body and attachments.
Replies are CRM-aware
When you reply from the Email Hub, OMB Cloud auto-attributes the activity to the linked contact and lead. The lead's timeline shows the conversation thread without manual copy-paste.
Tips
- Use a dedicated Gmail label (e.g. "OMB-Sync") to scope which messages OMB Cloud ingests — personal mail stays out.
- Multiple team members can connect their own accounts; emails to a shared address (e.g. sales@) route to the same Hub.
- AI agents can draft replies in your voice from inside the Email Hub — toggle "AI suggestions" in account settings.
