Booking pages
Each user gets a booking page at omb.cloud/u/[your-handle]. Public; visitors pick a slot from your real availability. The Webchat AI uses these slots when offering meetings.
Availability rules
- Working hours per day of week.
- Buffer before/after meetings (default 15 min).
- Minimum advance notice (default 4h).
- Maximum advance (default 30 days).
- Daily cap (e.g. max 4 meetings).
Round-robin for teams
Pool multiple reps under one booking page; bookings distribute round-robin with the team's combined availability. Useful for "talk to sales" pages where any qualified rep can take it.
Cancellations and reschedules
Visitor self-serves from the calendar invite. CRM logs the reschedule on the timeline.
