Connect Gmail to CRM threads

Send from your real Gmail, see replies in CRM. No forwarding rules.

  1. Settings → Integrations → Google → Gmail → "Connect".
  2. Pick the workspace account that should send customer email.
  3. Approve the OAuth scopes — send, read, modify (for adding labels).
  4. Map the Gmail account to a CRM teammate (your account by default).

What changes

Emails sent from CRM go through your Gmail — they appear in your Sent folder, are signed by your domain, deliverability is yours. Replies hit Gmail; the platform watches and threads them into the CRM record automatically.

Auto-attribution

If the sender or recipient matches a CRM record (by email), the thread automatically attaches. If not, it lands in an inbox for you to triage.

Privacy boundary

Personal emails (not matching any CRM record) stay invisible to the platform. We don't read your inbox.
