The funnel shows four stages by default. You can split each stage by source, medium, country, or page.
Stage definitions
- Visitor — unique session on a tracked page.
- Lead — any CRM Lead with an attribution link to a session.
- Meeting — Lead with a booked meeting in Calendar.
- Deal — Lead that progressed to a won opportunity.
Find the leak
Look at the percentage drop between stages. The biggest drop is your leak. If visitor → lead drops 99.5%, your conversion funnel issue is at the landing page, not at the sales team. If lead → meeting drops 95%, your problem is qualification / response time.
