Get started with Marketing Analytics

Traffic, conversion, attribution and revenue — one dashboard tied to the same CRM the rest of the platform uses.

Marketing Analytics is the lens on top of your CMS, Webforms, Webchat, and CRM data. Because everything lives in one platform, attribution actually works.

Core dashboards

  • Traffic — sessions, sources, top pages, devices.
  • Conversion — visitors → leads → meetings → deals, by source.
  • Revenue — closed-won revenue, by source/campaign/medium.
  • Cohorts — leads from week X, see what % become customers by week N.

First setup

  1. /app/marketing-analytics → ensure your CMS sites are connected (auto-detected for sites in your tenant).
  2. Add your UTM conventions in Settings → Attribution. Without this, UTMs land as raw strings and reporting suffers.
  3. Connect external sources you spend on (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads). The dashboard pulls cost data to compute ROI.
