What it does well
- Answers product questions from your help content automatically.
- Qualifies leads ("are you evaluating for yourself or a team of 50+?") and routes by score.
- Books meetings directly into Calendar.
- Detects high-intent and pings a human in Slack / Email.
- Logs every conversation to CRM with full transcript.
What it doesn't do
It doesn't quote prices, doesn't commit to delivery dates, doesn't negotiate. Those moves happen with humans on quotations. Webchat opens the door; sales walks through it.
First setup
/app/widgets→ "Webchat" → "New widget".- Pick personality + language preset.
- Connect Calendar for meeting booking.
- Copy the embed snippet to your site.
