Templates eliminate the start-from-scratch tax. OMB Cloud ships with a library of common B2B contracts adapted to MX, US, EU and CA jurisdictions.
Pick a template
- Open
/app/contracts→ "New contract" → "From template". - Choose jurisdiction (MX, US, ES, EU, CA).
- Choose category: NDA, services, contractor, employment, vendor, sales, lease, payment plan, LOI, ToS.
- Pick the specific template within that category.
Fill variables
Each template declares variables: {client_name}, {provider_company}, {total_value}, {term_months}, {start_date}, etc. OMB Cloud auto-fills what it knows (client info from the CRM, your company info from billing entity). You complete the rest.
Apply and preview
Click "Apply variables" — the contract body fills in. Review the result; tweak the language inline if needed.
Custom templates
You can build your own templates from /app/contracts → "Templates" → "New template". Use {variable_name} placeholders anywhere. Templates carry a jurisdiction and category for filtering.
