Why we don't publish tiers
Most B2B SaaS pricing pages exist to set anchor expectations, then steer everyone into a sales conversation anyway. We skip the theater. OMB Cloud is priced per-tenant against your actual configuration: how many fiscal entities, which countries you operate in, which modules you use, how many AI agent channels, how many users. A 12-person consultancy operating in MX and US looks different from a 60-person agency operating in MX, ES and BR — and pricing should reflect that.
What goes into a quote
- Fiscal entities. Each entity has setup work (credentials, format calibration) and ongoing compliance maintenance.
- Modules in use. CRM, AI Agents, Invoicing, Contracts, CMS, Collections, etc. — turn on only what you use.
- AI agent channels. Email, web chat, voice and WhatsApp each carry runtime cost.
- Locales. One locale or four; one supports the headcount, four supports international ops.
- Users. Soft — we don't price per-seat aggressively. Adding the 11th user shouldn't feel like a punishment.
What a quote looks like
One monthly number. No usage spikes for normal operation. No per-envelope contract fees. No third-party PAC fees for CFDI (handled). No per-page CMS hosting fees. The quote covers everything in the platform you turned on, plus reasonable AI agent runtime.
How to get a quote
Talk to sales — 30 minutes, no slides, no contract pressure. We map your current stack onto OMB Cloud and quote at the end of the call.
What about trial
We don't do self-serve trials. Why: an unconfigured tenant trial is a bad experience and a bad signal. Instead, on the sales call, we configure a sandbox against your real shape. You see your data in OMB Cloud, working, before deciding. If that's not enough to decide, neither is a trial.
What about discounts
Annual prepay typically earns a meaningful discount versus monthly. Multi-year commitments earn more. We don't do "limited time" pressure tactics.
