OMB Cloud AES

Send to multiple signers (sequential or parallel)

Configure a contract with several parties and choose the signing order that fits your workflow.

Most B2B contracts have at least two signers (provider + client). Complex ones can have four or more. OMB Cloud handles any number with order control.

Add signers

  1. Open the contract → "Signers" section.
  2. Click "Add signer". Enter name, email, role (e.g. "CEO, Acme Corp" or "Legal counsel, OMB Cloud").
  3. Repeat for each party.

Sequential signing

Set "Sign order" to 1, 2, 3... Signer 2 only receives their email after Signer 1 completes. Useful when one party's signature is conditional on the other (e.g. legal must approve before sales counter-signs).

Parallel signing

Set "Sign order" to 0 (or leave blank) for all signers. Everyone receives the email at the same moment. Faster when there's no order dependency.

Mixed mode

Combine: Signers 1 and 2 parallel (both order=1), then Signer 3 (order=2). Useful when two co-signers must both approve before a third party finalizes.

Reminders

Pending signers receive automated reminders every 48 hours after the initial send (configurable). Once they sign, the next stage triggers automatically.

Tips

  • Put the most reluctant signer first in sequential mode — once they're in, the rest follows quickly.
  • Don't over-engineer signing order; most B2B contracts work fine in parallel.
