Three sections that work
- Overall score and tier. A score with a clear label ("Foundational, Developing, Mature, Leading"). Avoid number-only — labels are sticky.
- Per-category breakdown. Show where they're strong and where they're weak. This is what makes the result feel personal.
- Recommended next step. Tier-specific. Low-tier: "Here's a free 30-min consultation." High-tier: "You're in the top 15%. Let's talk about what's next."
PDF export
Offer the result as a downloadable PDF. It carries your brand into their slack/email when they share, which they often do.
Anti-pattern: scoring everyone low
Tempting to make the result page tell everyone they're failing so they buy. Long-term, this destroys trust. Score honestly; recommend genuinely.
