Connect
Settings → Integrations → Google → Search Console → "Connect". You'll need to be a verified owner of the domain in Search Console.
What syncs
- Query-level impressions, clicks, average position.
- Per-page performance (entry pages).
- Country breakdown.
- Device breakdown.
Why connect it
Search Console alone tells you what queries you rank for. Connected to your CRM, you see which of those queries produced leads, meetings, deals. That's the difference between "we rank for X" and "X is making us money".
The "ranking but no traffic" report
Pages ranking on page 1 but with low CTR. Usually a title or meta description issue. The report flags these and suggests rewrites.
The "traffic but no conversion" report
Pages that bring visitors but no leads. Usually a CTA or message-match issue. Pull these pages into your next CRO sprint.
