Digital contracts

Electronic signature with reliable attribution, SHA-256 integrity, a complete event chain and a cryptographic timestamp.

The agreements you sign on the platform are not a PDF with an image on top: they are a complete evidentiary record, built to withstand scrutiny.

  • Reliable attribution. Each signer receives a personal, non-transferable link and signs with their stroke and their name; the platform records the date, time, IP address, device and geolocation of every signature.
  • Mathematical integrity. The contract text is bound to its SHA-256 cryptographic fingerprint: changing a single letter produces a different fingerprint. If the text is renegotiated before all signatures are complete, those already given are reset and documented, so every party signs exactly the same document.
  • Complete event chain. Creation, sending, every view and every signature are recorded with their moment and origin. The record tells the agreement's whole story, not just its ending.
  • Server-manufactured document. The evidentiary file is never assembled in the signer's browser: the server generates it from the very text whose fingerprint was signed, and seals it with a cryptographic timestamp (RFC 3161) fixing its existence at a certain date.
  • Legal recognition. The scheme rests on the principles that electronic commerce legislation grants to data messages: a reliable attribution method and the integrity of the information from the moment of signature.

In plain words: why it is safer than paper

If you prefer traditional contracts, this part is for you. A contract signed here:

  • Cannot be altered or deleted. Upon signing it is sealed with a unique mathematical fingerprint. If anyone changed a single letter, the fingerprint would no longer match and the document itself would give it away. That is why a signed contract is never corrected in place: if the parties agree on a change, they sign an addendum, a new document added to the record without touching the original.
  • It does not get lost. Paper gets misplaced, wet, or forgotten in a drawer. Here your contract lives in your account with its complete record, and you can download your copy whenever you wish: your copy and ours are identical, and anyone can verify it by its fingerprint.
  • No one can sign for you. The signing link is personal and non-transferable, and every signature records date, time, place and device. A pen signature can be imitated; this cannot.
  • It carries legal value. The law recognizes contracts entered into by electronic means when it can be reliably established who signed and that the content did not change afterwards. This system exists exactly for that.
  • You need no technical knowledge. You receive a link, read the full document and sign with your stroke or your name from your phone or computer. Nothing to install, no new accounts, no passwords to memorize.
